● “Client”, “You”, “Your” refers to any individual, business, or entity using our services.
● “Services” include BPO solutions, LLC registration assistance, website development, merchant account setup, banking assistance, technical support, bill negotiation, customer support, CRM software, and related consultancy.
● Processing times depend on IRS & state authorities. Delays are beyond our control.
● If registration is rejected due to client history (e.g., past companies, passport restrictions), we will reapply at no extra cost.
● In case of final rejection, the client is eligible for a 100% refund (excluding state/government fees).
● Our BPO team handles client calls, queries, and negotiations professionally.
● Clients must provide legal authorization for us to interact with third-party service providers (telecom, energy, SaaS, etc.) on their behalf.
● Any misuse of our BPO services for fraudulent or illegal activity will result in immediate termination.
● Project timelines depend on the chosen package (Normal, Professional, Premium, Ecommerce/Shopify).
● Clients must provide required content, branding, and approvals in a timely manner.
● We provide post-launch support as per the selected package.
● Merchant accounts (Stripe, PayPal, Square, etc.) are subject to third-party verification.
● Approval depends on the client’s business model, risk category, and compliance with payment provider policies.
● We assist with setup and guidance, but final decision rests with the merchant provider.
● Any illegal or high-risk business use (fraud, gambling, restricted products) will not be supported.
● For non-residents, we assist in opening multi-currency or fintech bank accounts.
● For U.S. residents, we provide guidance with traditional U.S. banks.
● Bank approvals are subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks.
● We are not responsible for bank rejections due to client’s financial history.
● We provide setup, integration, and training for CRM & technical systems.
● Clients must comply with software licensing rules.
● Ongoing support is provided under agreed service level contracts.
1. Payments must be made as per agreed invoices.
2. In most services, at least 70% advance payment is required before delivery of access or client portal.
3. Remaining balance may be settled after project completion or as agreed.
4. Refunds are provided only in case of final rejection by authorities or service providers, not for delays or client-side issues.
● All client data (personal, financial, business) is kept strictly confidential.
● We comply with U.S. data protection standards and do not sell or misuse client data.
● Clients must also ensure the data shared with us is authorized for use.
● Zverox Ventures is not liable for:
○ Delays caused by third-party authorities, banks, or payment providers.
○ Rejections due to inaccurate or incomplete client information.
○ Business losses, chargebacks, or account freezes by merchant processors.
● Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid by the client.
● Clients must not use our services for:
○ Money laundering or tax evasion
○ Fraudulent, scam, or illegal activities
○ Restricted industries (gambling, drugs, adult services, etc.)
● Any violation will result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.
● Any disputes shall first be addressed through mutual negotiation.
● If unresolved, disputes shall be governed under the laws of the United States.
● Legal proceedings will take place in the state/country jurisdiction agreed in client’s contract.
